A mid-80’s indoor hot tub (ooh, how kinky) a popcorn ceiling, a woeful brick hearth and wood paneling (a classic Canadian dated inclusion) combine to create a total basement nightmare!

The reno’ begins – you purchase 100% of a house and then throw half of it in a dumpster.  Hmm.  Something not right there!
